"We loved our Life in the Bush walk. Karen is very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions & we learned a lot - some Noongar language (we didn't know "Mindarie" is the Noongar name for the "leaves" of the grass tree), different species of flora, the habits of quenda & other fauna. Our little group was the one in the photo with the native snail so that was very exciting. Karen caters for different ages and year levels. It was an enjoyable time, very relaxing & not at all strenuous. Highly recommended."

"Karen did a wonderful job of organising a guided wildflower tour for our group at short notice, and was so easy to work with. She has a breadth of local knowledge and our clients were very impressed with how informative and interesting the day with Karen was. We're already planning more tours with her!" Life in the Bush respectfully acknowledges Aboriginal Australians as the First Australians and Traditional Custodians of this great country. Life in the Bush is situated on Noongar Whadjuk Boodja, the country of the Noongar Whadjuk people, who have cared for this land for tens of thousands of years. With the utmost respect for Aboriginal culture and deepest admiration for their connection to this land, I express my gratitude to the Noongar Nation and all other Aboriginal groups across this land for their knowledge and practice of caring for country. I pay my respect to the elders, past, present and emerging and acknowledge their continuing culture and contributions made to lead the way in strengthening our communities and environment into the future.
